An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de partie to be a key part of our dedicated team. The role is based in our award winning gastro pub in Stock, Essex., where you will be working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment. You will be part of a strong busy team, running a section, service, learning new skills & working together to create new dishes.

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

· Previous experience at chef de partie level in a busy, fast paced environment.

· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

· Clear communication skills

· Work well under pressure

· Ability to deliver high standards consistently

· Outstanding attention to detail

· High standards of health and hygiene

· Brimming with enthusiasm, can-do attitude and bags of personality

· Strong work ethic and desire to progress

· To fully manage a section .

· To manage orders, costing & menu development.

· To manage kitchen & pot wash rotas
